A beautiful 1840's house set over 5 floors was refurbished to an exacting standard to provide the client with a luxurious and welcoming living space. The classic origins of the property were honoured whilst modernising in harmony. A luxurious master suite was created on the second floor with a walk through dressing room leading to a stunning marble clad en suite with freestanding bath.

Renovation of a duplex apartment. The living room has undergone a major transformation, a beautiful ribbon fire and bespoke storage system gives the space a stunning focal point. Whitened oak wide plank flooring add warmth and texture to the simple grey scheme. The window fabrics are tactile and fluid adding softness, glossy finishes such as glass handles and perspex chests shine in the neutral palette and the welcoming and generous sofa flows across the room.
The bathroom is the perfect place to cleanse and unwind with this Bette bath and flexible lighting for different moods. The client brief for the dining room was a monochrome scheme, the sideboard in ebony displays the artwork by Shag and the Scabetti vases.
The basement apartment was transformed into a luxurious and bright dwelling. Using mirrored finishes and clever lighting the space was opened up giving plenty of room for everyone and everything. The minimal fireplace and shelving in the living room create a sylish focal point. A subtle colour palette was used every where, except in the children's room where turquoise and orange play. The floating bath in the master en-suite adds to the feeling of space here.
Our brief was to transform this Primrose Hill apartment from a basic living space into a chic, elegant dwelling, where the client can relax with or without the family. The bedroom is 'hotel chic' but also feels personal and cosy. The property sold at well over the asking price a few months later - one very happy client.
